Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Description
A very classic hummus with a surprising sweetness
Ingredients
- 1 cn bush's chick peas
- 1⁄3 c tahini
- 1⁄4 c lemon juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 clv roasted garlic
- 1⁄2 c roasted red peppers
- 1⁄4 c fresh spinach
- salt to taste
Instructions
Microwave beans until hot. Drain beans, reserving liquid. Combine beans, tahini, lemon juice in your food processor. Add peppers and garlic. Add enough of reserved liquid for a smooth mixture. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Add reserved liquid until desired texture is achieved. Don't forget the salt.
When I'm feeling lazy the peppers and garlic are "roasted" in a small saucepan over medium low heat.
