Description
Apple bread. Sweet, delicious apple bread. Serve with bacon.
Ingredients
| 3 | c | all purpose flour |
| 1 | t | ground cinnamon |
| 1 | t | baking soda |
| 1⁄2 | t | baking powder |
| 1 | t | salt |
| 3 | large eggs | |
| 1 | c | vegetable oil |
| 2 | c | granulated sugar |
| 1 | t | vanilla extract |
| 3 | c | diced apples |
| 1 | c | chopped walnuts |
| 1⁄2 | c | craisins |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 3 loaf pans and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients and set aside.
In mixing bowl, beat the eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in the flour until just mixed. Fold in the apples and then spoon into the loaf pans.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until tested done when wooden pick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in the pans before removing to cool on wire racks. Wrap tightly to store.
